Abstract
The Order applies to consumers' influence on water supply companies. This is ensured by this Order, which sets regulations on the required number of board members of of consumer representatations elected by comsumers. In order to protect the consumers's interests, they shall have voice over water supply companies through their elected representatives.
The Order consists of 3 Chapters: Scope and definitions (1); Consumer Representatives (2); Entry into force and transitional provisions (3).
