Abstract
The Order sets regulations concerning additional measures on the reduction of buffer zones in rural areas which edge width is now 9 meters. The Order does NOT apply to streams in southern marshes appearing in buffer zone area maps available at the Danish AgriFish Agency’s website. It is not permitted to harvest one-year or multi-annual crops legally established in the marginal zone before 1st of August 2014.
The Order consists of 4 Chapters and 1 Appendix: Scope (1); Reduction of buffer zone width(2); Exemptions (3); Inspection and penalties (4).
