Order No. 91 on investment subsidy for aquaculture, fishing vessels and processing of commercial fishery activities.

This Order sets regulations on the financial subsidy granted to small to medium size businesses for aquaculture production and modernization and improvement of working and safety conditions of aquaculture workers. These investments include the subsidy for equipment protecting fish farms, improving quality acquaculture products and restoring existing acquacultures through hygienic processes. The Danish AgriFish Agency of Denmark shall regulate provisions of this Order with the purpose of ensuring investments are focussed on innovative projects involving products, organization, processes or technologies for the processing of fishery and aquaculture products. Subsidy shall be granted by electronically submitted request to the Agency and shall be in adherence to EU provisions as included in this Order.
