Abstract
This Order applies to the collective electricity supply companies and sets regulations with regard to methods of calculation determining the terms and conditions of access to transmission and distribution networks, i.e. prices, tariffs and conditions of service. Network and regional transmission companies shall notify their expected supplied electricity for the coming regulating year before 10 December of the previous year, in accordance to Order No. 335 of 15 April 2011. Energinet.dk and its owned subsidiaries, must publicly report prices, tariffs and conditions for services (including supply agreements) within 30 days after their implementation and submit their financial reports no latger than 1 June.
