Order No. 952 amending Order on governmental subsidy for wetland projects.

The Order partly amends Order No. 840, in particular the submission of all documents pertaining payments, inspection and project reports needed for the application for financial subsidy to the Danish AgriFish Agency (articles 9-10, 15). The Agency may allow extension of project completion dates. For projects with commitments from 2013 or earlier shall apply to an application for extension of time for completion of the project later than 1 August 2015 can be met only in duly justified cases. Applications must be submitted to the Agency on a special form available online. Application for extension of the project must be received by the Agency before the expiration of the project (insertion of article 15a).
