Abstract
This Order defines the fishing territory of Greenland being part of the fishing territory of Denmark pursuant to Act No. 597 of 1976. The fishing territory of Greenland shall comprise, in addition to internal waters, an area of water which has as boundary a line, called "the fishery limit", running at a distance of 200 nautical miles from the straight baselines as referred to in article 2 of this Order. The boundary with Iceland shall be the line which connect the points being equidistant from the nearest points on the baselines along the coasts concerned (median line), and the boundary with Canada shall be constituted by points delimiting the Continental Shelf between Denmark and Canada as indicated in article II of the Agreement between Denmark and Canada relating to the Delimitation of the Continental Shelf.
