Abstract
The Proposal aims at simplifying the administration of the municipalities within the three laws on the environment. It applies to the modification of the rules for classification of streams, building on forest line and archaeological sites line the EIA process and hospital complex near emergency helicopters landing. The Document implements part of the government's agreement with the National Association of municipal finances with the aim to finding 11 million DKK administrative savings for the municipalities.
