Regulation No. 201 amending Regulation on emission limits for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds and ammonia.

The Regulation partly amends Regulation No. 1325 with regard to the implementation of the Environmental Protection Act (article 10, section 1, art. 67, and art. 79, sections 2-3) and Act No. 936 (article 33, section 1 and art. 48). In Appendix 1 - it amends to: Council Directive 2013/17/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain Directives in the field of environment, by reason of the accession of Croatia.
Appendix 1 - National emission limits for SO2, NOX, VOC and NH3 to be reached by 2010.
Appendix 2 - Emission ceilings for SO2, NOx and VOC.
