Abstract
The present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities, lays down rules concerning grants to cover the costs of installing onshore experimental wind turbines that can produce energy, with the aim of supporting testing and demonstration of new wind energy technology. The support scheme is administered according to this Regulation and in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014. Article 7 lays down the requirements for obtaining grants under the scheme. Procedural matters regarding the application procedure are also included. Any applicant is obliged upon request to provide any relevant information to the Danish Energy Agency for monitoring compliance with the specified conditions and terms of the grant.
