Abstract
This Act provides for implementation of provisions of the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute, stipulates that the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute shall have full juridical personality under the law of Dominica and grants powers to the Minister to make, by Order, such provisions as considered necessary for carrying into effect of any provisions of the Agreement.
