The First Schedule to the principal Regulations prescribing annual general water rates is here repealed and replaced. The Second Schedule specifying the annual water supply rates for unmetered premises is here amended, and the Third Schedule specifying water supply rates of metered premises is repealed and replaced by a new Schedule.
