Abstract
This Act aims at increasing resilience to natural hazards and responding effectively to climate-related disasters. Therefore, this Act sets forth provisions on the establishment, functions and duties of the Dominica Climate Resilience Policy Board, the Climate Resilience Execution Agency for Dominica and the Climate Resilience Execution Agency Supervisory Committee.
This Act shall continue in force for a period of four years from the date of its commencement, unless the Prime Minister extends it for one further year by Order.
