Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority as a body corporate, defines powers and functions of the Authority, provides with respect to administration and operations of the Authority and regulates certain matters in respect of airports and seaports.
The Authority shall provide integrated port services and may, among other things, operate ports and regulate and control navigation in ports. The Minister may, on recommendation of the Authority, make Regulations with respect to, among other things: control and management of foreshores of any port; and control of substances that may pollute waters of ports.

An Act to establish an Authority to be known as the Dominica Air and Sea Ports Authority, to provide for co-ordinated and integrated systems of airports, seaports and port services, to transfer to and vest in the Authority the assets, liabilities and functions of the Dominica Port Authority established under the Port Authority Act Chap 50:01 and the assets, liabilities and functions of the Melville Hall Air Port provided for under Melville Hall Air Port Act Chap 47:01 and the Canefield Airport provided for under the Canefield Airport Act Chap 47:02.
