Abstract
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Dominica Banana Growers Association as a body corporate, defines the objects and duties of the Association and provides rules relative to its organization and operations.
Membership of the Association shall be open to everybody who has in the year prior to application sold bananas from his or her holding to the Dominica Banana Marketing Corporation of not less than a specified amount. The Association shall promote the interests of banana growers, especially with the government and the Corporation. The Association shall have district branches.
