Abstract
This Act implements in Dominica the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, signed in Montreal on 16 September 1987, as amended and adopted and as set out in the Schedule. The provisions of the Protocol shall have the force of law in Dominica. The Minister may make Regulations for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
