Abstract
These Regulations describe which pesticides are prohibited to import in Dominica. The following pesticides can not be imported: Roundup; Roundup Ultra; Touch Down; Touch Down Ultra; Glypos; and any pesticide with the active ingredient glyphosate. Offenses and penalties are prescribed to those who do not respect these Regulations.
