Abstract
The powers and duties of the Minister shall extend to all matters specified in section 3 including measures to prevent diseases and the control of food for human consumption. The Minister may establish boards and committees to assist and advise him and shall appoint public health officers (sects. 6 and 7). Certain powers may be delegated to municipal authorities pursuant to secs. 8 and 9. Extensive regulation making powers of the Minister are outlined in section 9. Such Regulations shall "have the force of law" once published in the Official Gazette. (24 sections)
