St. Joseph Village Council Control of Animals By-law (No. 3 of 1991).

These Regulations restrict the keeping of animals in public places. The Clerk of the Council or any authorized agent may impound any animal found in contravention of the provisions of regulation 3, which prohibit the keeping at large of animals in public places as well as their tying: (a) so as to obstruct or endanger any road, drain or; (b) near to a river, beach or river bed.
