Abstract
The Village Council may designate places in the village to be used for slaughtering (sect. 3). No person shall slaughter or cause to be slaughtered any livestock except: (a) at a place designated for such purpose by the Council, and (b) with the permission of an officer (sect. 4). Requests for a permission should be made 7 days before the slaughtering takes place, but the officer may waive this requirement (sect. 5). (6 sections)
