Supplies Control (Restricted Imports and Exports) Order, 2003 (S.R.O. No. 14 of 2003).

This Order is made under section 4(1) of the Supplies Control Act, which provides that the Minister may by Order prohibit the importation or exportation of goods of any class or description except under the authority of a licence issued by the Controller. The Order prohibits the importation of goods set out in Schedule I and II of this Order without a licence. Goods include potatoes and wheat flour.
