Abstract
This Act amends the principal Act by inserting Section 163A regarding the reduction in solicitor’s fee for the sale of property from 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021, and inserting Section 166A regarding the reduction in judicial fee on every memorandum of transfer of land from 1 September 2020 to 31 October 2021.
