Abstract
This Act amends Part IX by establishing a Land Titles Registry Division in the Ministry responsible for legal affairs. Thereafter, a Registrar of Titles shall be a public officer and an attorney-at-law who shall be the head of the Land Title Registry Division. Moreover, this Act repeals the Sections 153A and 153B.
