Water Regulations (S.R.O. No. 60 of 1997).

These Regulations provide for various miscellaneous matters so as to implement the provisions of the Water and Sewerage Act of 1989. These matters include: water supply by the Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Ltd.; water charges; water metres; appeal against a water bill; disconnection of service; application and costs for water supply system extension; wastage and misuse of water; water pressure; illegal connections; water rationing; prevention of backflow; prohibition of access to catchment areas; take over of private water supply system; agents of the Company.
