Water Tariffs (Atkinson/Carib Territory) Regulations, 2003 (S. R.O. No. 31 of 2003).

This Order, made by the Minister in consultation with the Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Limited under section 68 of the Water and Sewerage Act, requires fees prescribed under the Water Regulations 1977 to be paid to the Company. It also provides that regulation 4(4) of the Water Regulation 1997 does not apply to connections made to buildings and lands situate in Atkinson and the Carib Territory.
