Act to Implement the Building Code and the Planning Act (2015)

This Act implements the Building Code and the Planning Act. It provides for processing of plans initiated before the entry into force of this act; obligation to review national and county plans established before entry into force of this act; obligation to review master plans established before entry into force of this act; validity and amendment of building regulations; definition of areas and cases subject to detailed planning obligation in county planning; consideration of pre-selection in established county plan; and organization of data in building register and implementation of electronic procedure.
