Agricultural Census Act.

This Act provides the procedure for conducting the National Agricultural Census. The units of enumeration for a national Agricultural Census are agricultural holdings and household plots. The document consists of 5 Chapters that contain 27 Paragraphs. Chapter 1 lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 establishes the modalities of the organization of census. Chapter 3 deals with enumeration. Chapter 4 regards use, storage and protection of census data and publication of census results. Chapter 5 establishes liability for violations of requirements of this Act.
