Apartment Ownership and Apartment Associations Act (2014)

This Act regulates apartment ownership and apartment associations. Apartment ownerships and the apartment association shall be created by an agreement between the co-owners on the creation of exclusive ownership or by an application for division by the owner of the immovable. The co-owners of an immovable may agree that each co-owner shall have exclusive ownership of a dwelling or non-residential premises in the building located or to be built on the immovable.
