Implementation Plan of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Pollutants - Amendments under Conference Decisions IV, V and VI.

This Document is a supplement to the Implementation Program of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants to include decisions adopted at the IV, V and VI Conferences of the Parties to the Convention, respectively in 2009, 2011 and 2013. The Document presents an overview highlighting the main industries and product groups where new POS can be found. In terms of the obligations to meet requirements of the Convention, Estonia commits to: improve emission assessment and data disclosure, forecasting emission; reducing emissions from POS by reducing industrial emissions, inventory products containing POS; improve monitoring.
