Abstract
This Act provides for compensating owners of land, owners of plot lease land, and land tenants, for the damages caused by the unlawful nationalisation and expropriation of land occurred after June 16, 1940. The provisions of this Act apply to persons who had given the land for use on the basis of the land lease right.
