Minister of Agriculture regulation No. 53 establishing Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Categories, and Requirements for Production and Marketing of Seed of Oil and Fibre Plants.

This Regulation shall establish oil and fibre plant seeds categories, and quality requirements set for these, types of hybrid varieties and inbred lines, list of pests reducing the quality of seeds and marginal rates permitted, seed production requirements, sizes of samples, and requirements for assessment of the conformity of seed, procedure and requirements for seed certification, list of species to be certified, substantive requirements for documents proving the substance of seed certification and term of validity, other quality requirements for seeds, requirements for packaging, substantive and formal requirements for licence for packaging application, substantive requirements for licence for packaging, requirements for seed packaging and for sealing of the sales packaging and marking requirements for seed sales packaging, the procedure for the issue of documentation in proof of certification or inspection thereof, and substantive and formal requirements for labels, requirements for the label and accompanying documents for seed which is not yet finally certified, marketing requirements for seeds, and requirements for the frequency and extent of post-control trials. This Regulation shall establish requirements for production of seeds, which are intended to be used to obtain the agricultural produce for cultivating oil and fibre plant species, except for cultivation for decorative purposes, or seed production.
