Abstract
This Regulation, established on the basis of Section 8 (3) and Section 28 (7) of the Plant Propagation and Variety Protection Act, establishes the form of the application specified in the Act, the data to be submitted in the application, the list of documents to be attached to the application and the procedure for applying for variety registration. The Regulation also concerns procedure for submitting an application and specific measures in case of registration of varieties intended for the preservation of genetic resources.
