Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture no. 19 of 2012 concerning procedures for applying and processing the application for a marketing permit for the preservative mixture.

This Regulation, based on paragraph 106 5 (6) of the Plant Propagation and Variety Protection Act, establishes the procedure for applying for a permit regarding the marketing of preservative mixtures and for processing the related application. The Regulation includes: information and data required to obtain a marketing permit, including: harvesting method, mass percentage of the ingredients by plant species and plant subspecies, quantity of the preservation mixture. Further matters covered by the Regulation include: issuance of marketing permit for the preservation mixture of cultivated plant crops; information indicated on the marketing permit for a preservation mixture.
