Abstract
This Regulation, implementing provisions of the Plant Propagation and Variety Protection Act, establishes the requirements for compiling a list of varieties of ornamental crops, the requirements for the production of propagating material for ornamental crops, the requirements for the quality and marketing of propagating material for ornamental crops. The Regulation covers the following matters: list of families, genera and species of ornamental crops; list of varieties of decorative crops; self control system of the supplier of reproduction material, in order to ensure the correctness of the reproduction; plant pests reducing the quality of propagating material.
