Abstract
This Regulation, made under provisions of the Plant Propagation and Variety Protection Act, establishes the requirements for the production of propagating and planting material for vegetable crops. The Regulation covers the following matters: list of types of vegetable crops; requirements for production of propagating and planting material, including identifying the presence of quality-reducing plant pests and dangerous plant pests; preparation of a self-control plan, concerning cultivation and harvesting of propagating material; quality requirements for propagation and planting material.
