Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of section 65 (6) of the Veterinary Act, establishes a list of those animal diseases mandatorily controllable and need-based controllable, in which the damage caused by animal disease control is compensated. The list includes the following diseases: bovine brucellosis; bovine tuberculosis; bovine enzootic leukosis; rabies; sheep-goat brucellosis.
