Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of Section 31 (3) of the Veterinary Act, concerns: procedure for marking and registering agricultural animals, including: cattle, camels and deer, pigs, sheep and goats, equine animals; duties of livestock keeper, including: data submission, providing information on the disappearance, death and slaughter of the animals; information on bee and bumble bee colonies; procedure for identification and registration of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs; procedure for identification and registration of equine animals; procedure for registration of animals imported from a Member State of the European Union; procedure for issuing a cattle passport; procedure for reporting the killing and death of an agricultural animal, and the disposal of an agricultural animal at an enterprise licensed to handle animal by-products; procedure for removal of the means of identification, and actions in case of their loss and illegibility.
