Abstract
The Regulation implements Plant Protection Act and establishes the Register of Plant Protection Products. The register aims to collect, process, and store data on plant protection products approved for the market in Estonia, as well as their manufacturers and distributors, importers and users of highly toxic plant protection products, and storage and distribution sites. Chapter 2 of Regulation is devoted to composition and maintenance of the register and data processing procedures. It also regulates the supervision of record-keeping, record-keeping financing and liquidation of the register.
