Regulation No. 1 of 2007 of Estonian Government on procedure for felling rights and sale of forest material growing in a state forest

This Regulation regulates the sale of the right to fell forest and forest material growing in a state forest, which is organized by the manager of the state forest. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Methodology for determining the right of logging right and forest material (2); Procedure for sale of growing forest right and forest material (3); Sales monitoring (4); and Implementing provision (5).
