Regulation No. 10 of 2002 of Minister of Social Affairs of Estonia on the list of data to be submitted for the application for authorization of the contained use of genetically modified micro-organisms

This Regulation approves the list of data to be submitted for the application for authorization of the contained use of genetically modified micro-organisms. It consists of two sections: Application for authorization for use of genetically modified micro-organisms in accordance with the requirements of hazard classes 1 and 2 (1); and Application for authorization for use of genetically modified micro-organisms in accordance with the requirements of hazard classes 3 and 4 (2).
