Regulation No. 10 of 2014 of Minister of the Environment on bases for granting support for private forestry, requirements for applications, procedure for application for support and processing of applications, bases for evaluation of applications and procedure for recovery of support

This Regulation regulates the granting of support for the development of private forestry. The Private Forest Center Foundation shall organize the granting of subsidies on the basis of subsection 6 (3) of the Forest Act. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Types of support and specified bases and requirements for receiving support and rates by types of support (2); Application procedure and notification of changes (3); Payment, refusal and recovery of aid (4); and Implementing provision (5).
