Regulation No. 10 of 2020 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on Procedure and conditions for granting support from the Environmental Program

This Regulation sets out the requirements for an application for funding for a project in the field of environmental protection, the conditions, procedures and criteria for the evaluation of applications, the activities to be supported, the decision-making, contract monitoring and reporting procedures. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); General conditions of the environmental program (2); Sectoral programs and special conditions applying to them (3); Application and evaluation (4); Payment of support and procedure for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the contract (5); and Implementing provisions (6).
