This Regulation establishes the requirements, conditions and procedure for the construction, testing, use, maintenance, marking and exchange of information at a water intake. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Construction of a water intake (2); Designation of a water intake (3); Testing, use and maintenance of the water intake (4); Exchange of information (5); and Implementing provisions (6).
