Regulation No. 101 of 2014 of Minister of Agriculture on fertilizer composition requirements by type of fertilizer

The composition of a mineral fertilizer shall comply with the compositional requirements of Annex 1 to Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers (OJ L 304, 21.11.2003, p. 1–194) and the requirements of that Regulation. Ammonium nitrate fertilizer with a high nitrogen content must comply with the requirements set out in Annex 3 to Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the requirements of that Regulation. Fertilizers not covered by Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council must comply with the requirements set out in the Annex to that Regulation. The tolerance on the composition of fertilizers referred to in subsections 1 (1) and (2) shall comply with the requirements set out in Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The tolerance of fertilizers specified in subsection 1 (3) shall comply with the requirements of this Regulation.
