Regulation No. 12 of 2002 of Minister of Social Affairs of Estonia on the requirements for hazardous environment classes

This Regulation establishes requirements for closed environmental hazard classes (Annex 1) and specific requirements (Annexes 2 to 4) for the use of genetically modified micro-organisms in a greenhouse, vivarium or other special conditions. If necessary, a user may combine the requirements set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Regulation for the same hazard class. In justified cases, with the consent of the Labor Inspectorate, a user may not apply the requirements set out in the annexes to this Regulation or combinations thereof.
