Regulation No. 121 of 2016 of Government of the Republic of Estonia on the General Conditions for the Use and Reporting of Revenues from the Auctioning of Greenhouse Gas Emission Allowances

This Regulation provides for the general conditions for the use and reporting of revenues from the auctioning of greenhouse gas emission allowances. It consists of eight sections: General principles for use of proceeds from auctioning (1); Application of rules for granting state aid (2); Period of use of proceeds from auction (3); General procedure for reporting (4); Allocation of income received at auction to recipient of income (5); Obligation to notify in case of circumstances impeding use of income (6); Return of proceeds from auction (7); and Entry into force of regulation (8).
