Abstract
This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for granting support for the implementation of the measure “Flood Risk Management” specified in the national budget strategy for the revenue from greenhouse gas emission allowance trading for the period 2013–2020. The purpose of granting support for the implementation of a measure is to prevent or reduce the possible harmful consequences of floods in significant risk areas related to floods for human health, the environment, cultural values and economic activities. The activities implemented with the support shall contribute to the activities and achievement of the objectives of the action plan contained in the flood risk management plan 2016–2021. The Regulation consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Supported activities, eligibility of costs, grant rate and application round (2); Requirements for the applicant and the application (3); Submission and processing of the application (4); and Submission of reports and conditions for payment of the grant (5).
