Regulation No. 130 of 2002 of Estonian Government on the procedures for the capture, keeping and identification of stray animals and the killing of stray animals

This Regulation regulates the capture, keeping, identification of the owner of stray animals and the execution of stray animals organized by a local government in its administrative territory. It consists of six sections: General settings (1); Procedures for trapping stray animals (2); Procedures for keeping stray animals (3); Procedure for identifying the owner of a stray animal (4); Procedure for the execution of stray animals (5); and Destruction of carcasses (6).
