Regulation No. 143 of 2016 of Government of the Republic of Estonia on the Procedures for the Management and Reporting of Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases, Reporting Forms and the List of Agencies Collecting Data on Management

This Regulation approves the procedures for the management and reporting of fluorinated greenhouse gases, reporting forms and the list of agencies collecting data on management. It consists of six sections: Marketing (1); Requirements for handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases and products, equipment and systems containing them (2); Inspection of air-conditioning systems of motor vehicles, trams or railway vehicles and prevention of leakage of fluorinated greenhouse gases (3); Agencies compiling data on handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases (4); Submission of reports (5); and Entry into force of regulation (6).
