Regulation No. 2 of 2005 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on specified procedure for maintaining the environmental register

This Regulation regulates the submission and receipt of data in the environmental register, storage, processing, disclosure and release of data. This Regulation establishes the requirements for the preparation of balances of natural resources. This Regulation does not regulate the production of environmental data by persons required to do so, such as a person who has received an environmental permit, a person who performs inventory. The Regulation consists of eight chapters: General provisions (1); Information related to environmental permits (2); Structure of the environmental register (3); Entry of data in the environmental register (4); Data release (5); Disclosure of data (6); Natural resources balances (7); and Archives of the environmental register (8).
