Regulation No. 2 of 2007 of Minister of the Environment on classification of valuable habitats, guide for selection, organization of protection and conclusion of contract for protection of valuable habitats and specified bases for calculation of fee for right of use

The Regulation establishes precious habitat selection procedures, rare habitat types, these characteristics and the characteristic types of precious habitat of the award procedure for the contract content of precious habitat restrictions on forest use due to the damage and the maintenance cost of the benefit (the precious habitat usage fee) basis for the calculation of the public entities in the ownership of forests and the state forest principles for the management of valuable habitats. The Regulation consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Guidelines for the selection of a precious habitat (2); Classification of precious residence (3); and Organization of protection of precious habitat, conclusion of contract for protection, basis of contract and basis for calculation of right to use (4).
